Antique 18ct Gold Gentlemans Cufflinks


Antique 18ct gold cufflinks dating from 1833, the William IV era;  these fine cufflinks were made nearly 200 years ago the same year as slavery was abolished in the British Empire. and are a wonderful example of a stylish gentleman’s item of jewellery which has stood the test of time.   To the reverse there is a shield with the initials JG entwined.  Weight: 11.70gm.  Hallmarked 18ct gold Birmingham.  Measurements: 18.5mm x 14mm  (3/4″ x 1/2″)  They are in excellent condition and have never been engraved to the front.  Ref: V1304
