Mid century emerald and diamond 5 stone ring in 18ct white gold; this is a slightly different take on the usual 5 stone ring as it is set with 2 baguette diamonds weighing 0.30ct and three lively, bright green emeralds weighing 0.68ct. The stones are all set over a wirework mount which is joined to a wide gold shank which tapers at the edges and widens at the back to 4.8mm. Weight: 5.1gm. Stamped 750 and tested as 18ct gold. Measurements of the head: 17.5mm x 5.5mm; height off the finger: 6mm. The ring is in very good condition and dates from around 1960.
